EVIDENCE OF ELIGIBILITY
We need to verify your eligibility to join cubbi. We need this because brands want to be sure that their best deals are going to real parents.
We accept the following evidence (dated within the past 18 months):

Birth Certificate

Letter from Adoption/Foster Agency

Letter from Surrogacy Agency

Baby Loss Certificate
Please ensure the "valid from" or "signed" date along with your full name are clearly visible in any evidence you upload.
